Passports and Visas
Ensure you have the necessary and valid documents.
If you are traveling to another country, verify that you have all the required documents and that they are valid. Check here everything you need to be in order for a hassle-free journey.
- The following are legally recognized identification documents, when they are original and valid:
- National or foreign passport (regular, service, or diplomatic);
- United Nations passport;
- National identity card;
- Magistrate identification card;
- Military ID card;
- Police ID card;
- Judicial Police personnel identification card;
- National driver’s license;
- Professional licenses issued by national orders;
- Resident card for foreign citizens issued by the immigration and border authorities;
- Personal birth certificate or birth record, for minors;
- National Identification Card.
Passengers without legal identification documents
In case of theft, loss, misplacement, or renewal of your identification document, you must present proof of the report or renewal request made to the relevant authorities at the time of check-in.
If you do not have any identification document and fail to comply with the above, you will not be allowed to board your flight.
Passengers under 18 years old
- Domestic flights: Any of the identification documents listed above are sufficient for minors.
- International flights: A passport must be presented.
Additionally, minors under 18 years old who are not emancipated must follow these procedures:
- If traveling with only one parent, the minor must present a consent declaration from the other parent, with their signature officially recognized.
- If traveling alone or with third parties, the minor must present a consent declaration from both parents, with their signatures officially recognized.
- If traveling alone, with one parent, or with third parties, and there is no consent declaration, a court authorization must be presented.
