If you lost an item from your baggage or if your luggage was misplaced, we can help. Find out where to go and how to retrieve your lost belongings.

 

My baggage was not delivered at the carousel or arrived damaged. Who should I contact?

In these situations, contact your airline immediately. They will liaise with the handling agent responsible for your flight to resolve the issue.

 

I lost something on the plane. Who should I contact?

If you lost an item onboard, contact your airline, which will coordinate with the handling agent to retrieve it.

If you lost personal identification documents, they will be handed over to the Lost & Found office.

 

I lost something at the airport or in the parking area. What should I do?

If the item was lost in a public access area, contact Lost & Found.

If the item was lost in a restricted security area (after security screening), contact Customs services.
